Open Book & Board of Review
An Open Book is scheduled for Wednesday, April 5, 2023 between the hours of 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. If you are unable to speak with the assessor on these dates, please call anyway and they will answer your assessment concerns. Please call the assessor at 1-920-749-1995 to schedule an appointment during Open Book.
In order to attend the Board of Review YOU MUST talk with the assessor during Open Book.
2023 Board of Review
The Board of Review will meet on Wednesday, April 26 at 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at the Municipal Center. The Board of Review meets by appointment only. Please call the assessor prior to scheduling an appointment with the Board of Review. Appointments to appear at the Board of Review can be scheduled by contacting the Village Clerk at 715-693-4200. If you wish to file an objection and appeal to the Board of Review, you can download packet materials here. This packet contains the necessary paperwork and links to the forms necessary to file an objection as well as information from the Department of Revenue regarding the appeal process. This paperwork must be turned in to the Municipal Center by 4 p.m. on Monday, April 24, 2023.
