2024 Village Budget Hearing set for Monday, Nov. 27, 2023
Attend the Village Budget Hearing in the Village Board Room at the Municipal Center on Monday, November 27, 2023 at 6 p.m.
Finance Director Lisa Kerstner will present the proposed budget for 2024.
Each fall, the Village Board conducts a review and approval process for the operating budget of the following year. The operating budget outlines what services will be provided and how they will be financed.
Starting in July, departments begin compiling their budget requests. The village administrator and finance director then examine these requests and present a recommended budget to the Village Board. The Village Board invites public feedback before ultimately approving the operating budget.
