Our public works crew takes great care in plowing village roadways, however, occasionally mailboxes get damaged. Per village policy, the Village will reimburse up to $45 for mailbox damage and for your convenience provide you with a temporary mailbox. Please note that the reimbursement is for mailboxes hit by the actual plow blade, and does not cover mailbox damage caused by flying snow. If you believe that your mailbox was hit by a village plow, please contact Dan Hekrdle at 715-693-4200, ext. 112 or dhekrdle@kronenwetter.org.
If you've noticed a problem with a street light within your service area, please go to the following link where you can fill out a form and submit your concern with the Wisconsin Public Service (WPS). They will ask for the pole number which is found on a vertical sticker on the pole. See photo below.
