FEBRUARY 21, 2023 PRIMARY ELECTION RESULTS

Three candidates running for Village president appeared on the ballot. Find the results below.

  • Joel Straub: 207 votes (16.83%)
  • Chris Voll (incumbent): 673 votes (54.72%)
  • Ken Charneski: 339 votes (27.56%)
Chris Voll and Ken Charneski will advance to the Spring Election on April 4.

The deadline for regular and overseas voters to request absentee ballots by mail, online, email or fax for the Spring Primary is March 30, 2023.

IN-PERSON ABSENTEE VOTING -
Weekdays starting Tuesday, March 21, 2023 from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. until Friday, March 31, 2023. On Friday, March 31, we will be open until 5 p.m. for in-person absentee voting.

The deadline to register to vote by mail or online for the Spring Election is March 15, 2023. After this date you must register in person in the Municipal Center or at the polling place (Municipal Center) on election day.

All Kronenwetter residents vote at the Municipal Center located at 1582 Kronenwetter Drive.

The polls open at 7:00 a.m. on April 4, 2023, and close at 8:00 p.m.

YOU MUST BRING A PHOTO ID TO VOTE.

ALL POLLING PLACES ARE ACCESSIBLE TO ELDERLY AND DISABLED VOTERS

POLLING PLACE HOURS
All voters vote at the Kronenwetter Municipal Center.  Wards 1-5 vote in the Fire Department and Wards 6-11 vote downstairs in the Community Room.  Polls are open from 7:00 a.m. -  to 8:00 p.m. on all election days.  For more voting information and names of elected officials, please click on the link: https://myvote.wi.gov/

The Village of Kronenwetter has eleven wards. Please locate your ward on the Ward Map.  There will also be a large map in the lobby on election day to help locate your ward.  

SAMPLE BALLOTS
As soon as sample ballots are made available, they may be viewed at the "My Vote" website.  Sample ballots are also posted in the entrance area of the Kronenwetter Municipal Center.
