Administrative Policy Committee (APC)
The APC provides recommendations to the Village Board on issues regarding administrative procedures, human resources policies, and financial matters including policies and annual budgets, monitoring of revenues and expenses, and any other matters referred to it by Village Board or Administrator. The APC typically meets monthly, on the 3rd Tuesday of the month and may meet more frequently during budget preparation period.
