Fences

The Village of Kronenwetter requires building permits for fences. The maximum height for fences on residential properties is six (6) feet.

You will need to submit the following items to begin the application process:

• Fence Permit Application
• Site Plan of the lot showing the proposed fence location and all distances to lot lines (the owner or contractor must verify the location of lot lines prior to installation).
  
• Height and type of fence.
