VOTER PHOTO ID - PHOTO ID REQUIREMENTS HAVE BEEN SUSPENDED DUE TO COURT ORDER BUT VOTERS WILL STILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN THE POLL BOOK.
MAY 8TH RECALL PRIMARY ELECTION
Please click on the following two links for sample ballots: Wards 1-5 Wards 6-10. All wards will vote at the Kronenwetter Municipal Center. Wards 1-5 will vote in the Fire Department and wards 6-10 will vote downstairs in the Community Room.
VOTER REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED
First-time Village of Kronenwetter voters may register at the Kronenwetter Municipal Center between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM up until the Friday preceding an election. Please make sure to bring in documenation with proof of residence. You may also fill out the voter registration form (http://gab.wi.gov/forms/gab-131-english ) on-line and mail it into the clerk's office along with a copy of documenation showing proof of residence. Voter Registration applications (GAB-131) may also be picked up at the Municipal Center. Please note, you must register in person at the Clerk's office within the 20-day period preceding an election.
ABSENTEE BALLOTS
You may request an absentee ballot from the Village Clerk. Requests must include:
1. Your name, your Kronenwetter address, and the address where the ballot should be mailed to if different from your residence.
2. You must be a registered voter in the Village of Kronenwetter in order to request an Absentee Ballot.
3. GAB-131 is the official form to use when requesting an Absentee Ballot. You can find this form and many other forms at http://gab.wi.gov/forms/gab-121-english-fillable. You may also pick this form up at the Municipal Center.
4. Please note, as part of new voting legislation that was passed, absentee voting will only be allowed up until the Friday before an election at 5:00 p.m. Also, faxing and emailing of ballots will only be allowed for military and overseas voters.

The Village of Kronenwetter now has ten wards. Please locate your ward on the <Ward Map>
(Enlargement of Wards 2-7). There will also be a large map in the lobby on election day to help locate your ward.
