Roadway Access Permit Application (Driveways)

Street Closure/Special Event Permit Application - Application used for special events, such as a block party, where closing a street or part of a street may be necessary.

Permit to Excavate (Work in the right-of-way)

Load Limit (Permit to Exceed) Application - This is a conditional permit to exceed seasonal load limits and single trip permit of oversized or overweight vehicles.
