Additions
A building permit is required to add an addition on to your home. You will need to submit the following items to begin the application process:

Site plan of the lot showing the proposed structure and all distances to lot lines

Two sets of construction plans. Indicate where addition will attach to existing building, and include footing detail/foundation plan, floor layout, and cross section detail
