Bike & Walk for the Health of It
Due to COVID-19 and the extension of the Safer-at-Home Order by Governor Evers, the Village has decided to cancel ‘Bike and Walk for the Health of It’ on May 14th at Towering Pines Park. This decision was made to comply with the Safer-at-Home requirements as well as preserve the overall health and safety of our residents. Thank you for your understanding during this time.
While the event is canceled, the Village still encourages everyone to get outside and go for a walk or bike ride with their family. Exercise and fresh air are both very important under our current circumstances, just make sure to practice social distancing while you are out and about.
**Join the Village as we partner with the Mosinee Area Chamber of Commerce to bring you the seventh annual Bike & Walk on May 14th, 2020 at 6:00 pm! The event, which coincides with National Bike to Work Week (May 11-15), is meant to promote healthy, yet safe habits by encouraging citizens to get active. Participants will enjoy a short presentation on bicycle and pedestrian safety before setting out on a bike ride or walk. Snacks, drinks, and door prizes will be handed out to participants upon returning to Towering Pines Park.**
