KRONENWETTER VILLAGE BOARD MEETING
 
NOVEMBER 13, 2007
 
MEETING MINUTES
 
Geri Kowalski called the meeting to order at 4 p.m.  This meeting is running jointly with the Personnel Committee.
 
ROLL CALL:
Members of the Village Board present:  Geraldine Kowalski, Rod Fisher, Justeen Vollrath, Dan Lesniak, Sue Bird, and Sidney Hallas. 
 
Excused Absent:  Rick Smith. 
 
ANNOUNCEMENT OF CLOSED SESSION:
Geri Kowalski announced that the Board would be convening into closed session as the next order of business.
 
CONSIDERATION OF MOTION TO CONVENE INTO CLOSED SESSION PURSUANT TO WISCONSIN STATUTES § 19.85(1)(C), CONSIDERING EMPLOYMENT, PROMOTION, COMPENSATION, OR PERFORMANCE EVALUATION DATA OF ANY PUBLIC EMPLOYEE OVER WHICH THE GOVERNMENTAL BODY HAS JURISDICTION AND EXERCISES RESPONSIBILITY – VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR:
Sue Bird made a Motion to convene into closed session.  Motion seconded by Sid Hallas.  Roll Call:  Kowalski-yes, Vollrath-yes, Fisher-yes, Lesniak-yes, Bird-yes, Hallas-yes.  Motion approved.
 
Rod Fisher excused himself from the meeting at 6 p.m.
 
MOTION TO RECONVENE INTO OPEN SESSION: 
Sue Bird made a Motion to reconvene into open session.  Motion seconded by Sid Hallas.  Roll Call:  Kowalski-yes, Vollrath-yes, Lesniak-yes, Bird-yes, Hallas-yes.  Motion approved.
 
The Board reconvened into open session at 6:50 p.m.
 
DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON REGARDING EMPLOYMENT OF VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR:
Sue Bird made a Motion that the Board will accept the recommendation of the Personnel Committee to take no action at this time.  Motion seconded by Sid Hallas.  Roll Call:  Kowalski-yes, Vollrath-yes, Lesniak-yes, Bird-yes, Hallas-yes.  Motion approved.
 
ADJOURNMENT:
Sid Hallas made a Motion to adjourn, seconded by Sue Bird.  All members in favor of Motion by voice vote. Motion approved.
 
The meeting adjourned at 6:54 p.m.
