Stats., to confer with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved: A-1 Excavating/American Drilling & Blasting v. Village of Kronenwetter, et. al. (Marathon County Case No. 06-CV-440) and Trailwood Ventures/Alliance Holdings, et. al. v. Village of Kronenwetter (Marathon County Case No. 07-CV-616); pursuant to §19.85(1)(c), Wis. Stats., to consider the employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction and exercises responsibility, to wit: Village Administrator and Public Works Director 
4. Motion to reconvene into open session
