Public Input  (15 minutes) Please be advised per State Statute Section 19.84(2), information will be received from the public.  It is the policy of this Village that there be a three minute time period, per person, with time extension per the Chief Presiding Officer’s discretion; be further advised that there may be limited discussion on the information received, however, no action will be taken under public comments
  5. Consent Agenda (One Motion to be made to accept minutes, licenses and reports (to be introduced by Trustee Fisher)

                  i.    Approval of Treasurer’s report which includes
                        April, 2008 - expenditures ($371,022.08),
                        payroll ($62,329.61), and receipts ($269,725.46)

  1. Discussion and action on Proposed Easement Agreement with Welsh Queenland, LLC (Woods Equipment Company) (to be introduced by Trustee Vollrath) 
  2. Discussion and action on Planning Commission recommendations (to be introduced by Trustee Soukup)
       a. James Shnowske regarding renewal of Conditional Use
           Permit for his runway/airstrip
       b. Amendment to Zoning Ordinance –Rezone May 27, 2008 
       c. Planned Unit Development (PUD) Ordinance
  1. Discussion and action on Code of Ethics for Village of Kronenwetter (to be introduced by Trustee  Kowalski  ) 
  2. Discussion and action on Handbook for Committees and Commissions (to be introduced by Trustee   Voll )
