Public Input  (15 minutes) Please be advised per State Statute Section 19.84(2), information will be received from the public.  It is the policy of this Village that there be a three minute time period, per person, with time extension per the Chief Presiding Officer’s discretion; be further advised that there may be limited discussion on the information received, however, no action will be taken under public comments
  5. Consent Agenda (One Motion to be made to accept minutes, licenses and reports (to be introduced by Trustee Fisher)

  1. Report of Police and Fire Commission (to be introduced by Guy Fredel) Status of eligibility list for Police Dept, Fire Dept and Emergency Medical Services
  2. Discussion and action on approving Conflict of Interest consent to allow Pietz, VanderWaal, Stacker & Rottier, S.C.’s to represent Schneider Consultants, Inc. in Marathon County Case No. 07-CV-976 – G3 Properties, LLC (to be introduced by Trustee Vollrath) 
  3. Discussion and action on Planning Commission recommendations (to be introduced by Trustee Bird) 
        a.        Amendment to Zoning Ordinance – Rezone March 24, 
                   2008 / HPI Properties LLC
        b.        Ordinance Amending the Village Zoning Map
        c.        Pond application for Bill Krzmarcik
