Open Book/Board of Review
The Village of Kronenwetter assessment roll will be open for public inspection at the Kronenwetter Municipal Center, 1582 Kronenwetter Drive, on Tuesday, May 8, 2012 from 1:00 - 4:00 p.m.
The Board of Review will meet on Wednesday, June 6, 2012 from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. at the Kronenwetter Municipal Center. All objections must be filed no later than Monday, June 4, 2012. Appearance before the Board of Review will be by appointment only. Objection notices can be picked up at the Kronenwetter Municipal Center or downloaded by <clicking here>.
Accurate Appraisal, LLC
The Village of Kronenwetter has contracted with Accurate Appraisal, LLC to conduct the 2012 maintenance assessment work. The field inspections will occur March-April 2012. Accurate Appraisals will be physically viewing any property that has changed from the previous year. This includes all new construction, property splits, and properties that have been issued a building permit. All Accurate Appraisal's Assessors will carry indentification and drive marked vehicles.
