  3. Consideration of Motion to convene into closed session pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(g), Wis. Stats., to confer with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved – G3 Properties LLC v Village of Kronenwetter and to consider the conflict of interest consent to allow Pietz, VanderWaal, Stacker & Rottier, S.C. to represent Schneider consultants, Inc. in Marathon County Case No. 07-CV-976 
  4. Motion to reconvene into open session
  5. Discussion and action on approving Conflict of Interest consent to allow Pietz, VanderWaal, Stacker & Rottier, S.C.’s to represent Schneider Consultants, Inc. in Marathon County Case No. 07-CV-976 – G3 Properties, LLC
