  1. Call meeting to order 
  2. Welcome newly elected Board Members and recognition of past board members    i.    Set orientation workshop date (to be introduced by Administrator Bierma) 
  3. Roll Call
  4. Pledge Allegiance to the Flag
  5. Consideration of Motion to convene into closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes, § 19.84(1)(b) and § 19.86, collective bargaining negotiations – General Office Employees and Public Works Employees and pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(g), Wis. Stats., to confer with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved – Gooding Park  (to be introduced by Trustee Kowalski) 
  6. Motion to reconvene into open session (to be introduced by Trustee Fisher) 
  7. Public Input  (15 minutes) Please be advised per State Statute Section 19.84(2), information will be received from the public.  It is the policy of this Village that there be a three minute time period, per person, with time extension per the Chief Presiding Officer’s discretion; be further advised that there may be limited discussion on the information received, however, no action will be taken under public comments

        a.      Approval of April 14, 2008, regular meeting minutes

        b.      Treasurer/Finance Committee
                     i.     Approval of Treasurer’s report which includes March expenditures
                        ($490,833.77), March payroll ($61,087.20) and receipts ($482,226.98)
                 ii.     Discussion and action on review of 2006/2007 project spending of
                        funds (to be introduced by Trustee Kowalski)
