Beginning at the SE corner of Certified Survey Map
No. 14880 recorded in Volume 66 on Page 152 in the
Office of the Register of Deeds for Marathon County;
thence N89º45’55”E, along the North right-of-way line
of Pine Road, 31.82 feet: thence N01º21’44”W, 117.03
feet: thence S89º45’55”W, 27.01 feet to the NE corner
of said C.S.M. No.14880, thence S0º59’26”W, along the
E line of said C.S.M.No. 14880, 117.03 feet to the point
of beginning. Parcel contains 3,441.6 Square Feet or
